Contemplative Wisdom for Creative Renewal
Join us for a half-day mindfulness mini-retreat featuring a new theme each month that blends neuroscience, lived human experience, and contemplative wisdom from a variety of faith traditions. We’ll explore how the nervous system shapes our inner life and relationships, then settle into a nourishing rhythm of seated meditation, walking meditation, and silent journaling. Reflective practice can also support creativity and artistic expression and research suggests mindfulness training may offer creativity boosts. Learn more and review the agenda HERE.
All sessions will be held on Saturdays from 9:00am-12:00pm, the following dates are already held and future sessions will be scheduled if participation levels warrant continuation: March 21, April 18, May 9, June 20.
